Introduction
1E Promotionals was established early in 2004 to produce a small number of private owner railway wagons from the Bletchley area of Buckinghamshire (now Milton Keynes) to meet local demand.
It soon became apparent that the wider South Midlands and East Anglia regions had been largely ignored in the past and we set out to rectify the situation.
The first two wagons were commissioned from Dapol and were released in May 2004. These and subsequent releases can be found under the appropriate county headings.
A total of 91 wagons were produced between 2004 and 2010.
Wagons released after 2008 had NEM coupling pockets.
